Also that day, join us at 5pm in the gallery for a curator talk with Donna Seager and art writer DeWitt Cheng. This event is free and open to the public.

Turning the Page is a group show curated by Donna Seager with works by Gale Antokal, Renée Bott, Brian Dettmer, Andrew Hayes, Emily Payne, and Barbara Wildenboer.
Donna Seager exhibits painting, sculpture, works on paper and book-related arts. Seager features an array of artists, ranging from outstanding emerging and mid-career talent to established and internationally known artists with a focus on works that combine content with a mastery of materials. She has distinguished herself nationally for her commitment to the book as a medium for art. Her annual Art of the Book show has attracted both artists and collectors from around the world.
DeWitt Cheng is an art writer and critic based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Cheng has written for more than twenty years for regional and national publications, in print and online. He has written dozens of catalog essays for artists, galleries, and museums, and is the author of Inside Out: The Paintings of William Harsh. In addition, he served as the curator at Stanford Art Spaces from 2013 to 2016, and later Peninsula Museum of Art, from 2017 to 2020.
