Thoughts on Lockdown

I have been working on a new body of work which entails fabrication beyond my studios capabilities. Since the pandemic all work was halted for the time being until it is safe for everyone to resume work. As I wait to continue this new series it has given me time to visit and revisit ideas, primarily paintings that have been reverberating in my brain for some time. Some work and some don’t, it’s the process and exploration that keeps me engaged during this strange and trying climate that we find ourselves in.
